Icky Sticky Lamb Organs

This week me and my class did an observation of real kidneys and hearts from a lamb because we went to the Life Ed truck and learned about the body organs that keep us alive and healthy.                       Mrs B even cooked some.  It was a little yucky so I did not eat any. Mrs B went round all the tables and she gave us a lamb kidney or heart. We had to describe it using the five senses which are seeing, feeling, tasting, hearing and smelling.  We had to do a observation and make sketces and write down some ideas.The lamb kidney smelt so bad  but it smelt worse once it was cooked. Today we were allowed to make a movie and so I did. I hope you like my movie.

popcorn writing

last week we did some popcorn writing using the five senses and here is mine...

I can hear the popcorn popping in the microwave, suddenly want to stuff some in my face.

I taste the yummy buttery popcorn in between my teeth and my lips are all slimy because of the butter. The mini cload feels like a real cloud because it is wet and puffy and yellow. I want more but i can’t, i suddenly have to, i grab a hand full! I stuff it in my head. It was a little bit burnt.I see the popcorn popping in the microwave as the bag gets fatter. I can see that the butter has melted in the inside because the packet is all yellowish. But i can see that it is a little bit burnt. I can smell the yummy popcorn as it is in the microwave, as the microwave is going i can smell old air that smells like it has been in there for 100 years. I touch the popcorn as i have to put it in my mouth because it is too hot!
